This QUINOA bowl is full of flavor, texture and satisfaction that will keep you full though the morning. It’s super easy to pack in a to-go container to take to work on a busy morning too!

The nutty rich flavor of the quinoa mixed with the sweet fruit is a perfect complement. Add cinnamon and peanut butter and you got yourself an award-winning breakfast! It’s that simple!
Have fun switching it up with in season fruits or various nut butters so you never get bored!
In the summer I eat the quinoa cold and, in the winter, I prefer it warm with my hot coffee!
What You Need:
1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
½ Cup Pinapple
¼ Cup Strawberries
¼ Cup Blackberries
1-2 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter
Cinnamon to taste
Fun mix-ins to try: Shredded almonds, Flax seeds, Chia seeds, Plain Greek yogurt, Honey or Pure Maple syrup.
As mentioned, switch up the fruit to what you have! Apples in fall, Bananas in winter, the sky is the limit in spring and summer!
